Oxford Infantry Helmet

by bobafett2250 (Brick Talk)
I noticed RB posted a military helmet in the accessories section.  I've been looking for a good U.S. M1 helmet and this seems to be the ticket.  Anyone know where I may get like.....5 of them?  Do they have a site?  Thanks in advance!!!

I'm not normally one to like clone brands, but Oxford has some really good stuff. How's the quality compared to lego?

Oxford's quality is top notch. Nothing to worry about in that regard!

The reason Oxford is not available outside of Korea is, I think, because of copyrights issue and stuffs like that. So your best bet is either to make a friend from Korea, or to watch ebay (I got my first few Oxford sets from ebay). Either way they are not cheap because their retail prices are comparable to Lego, and if that doesn't kill you the shipping probably will. So be warned!! :)

Click here for the Oxford website.  The english version isn't the most clear, but you should be able to navigate around.

I managed to pick up a few Oxford sets in Beijing and found their quality to be excellent in regards to accessories.  As for the bricks and minifigs, I'd say they're somewhere between LEGO and Megabloks.

As I think was said before, Oxford product is almost entirely compatible with LEGO parts.  I own a few sets I picked up in my travels in the Orient (along with the ability to cloud men's minds) and all the parts work fine with LEGO bricks/minifigs/etc.
