Is Lego star wars 2 modificacion or even better, Lego star wars the complete saga (when it comes out) modification possible?

by Danfun128 (Publishing)

Hi! I'm curious. Is Lego star wars 2 modificacion or even better, Lego star wars the complete saga (when it comes out) modification possible? Lego star wars 1 got ripped a part a lot and I want to know if that is possible in the sequals. I know that the Xbox and PC ports of LSW2 can have graphic changes, but can you edit it as easily as the prequals. Does it use the .txt editing system? Did anyone hack the Xbox 360 port? Why isn't LSW:TCS getting a PC port?

Edit: Whoops! I checked myself and everything except the music is in one huge .dat file. I tested the pc version, and i don't know how to extract it. Does anyone have better luck with the Xbox or Xbox 360 ports?

welcome to the forums, danfun!

there's a forum topic covering that, you may want to take a look.  its got a ton of stuff on LSW, and it's compatible with LSW2.

i'm pretty sure its technically impossible to modify the xbox or xbox 360 ports unless you have an emulator and can bypass the several media protection devices (which may be illegal)...

what? TCS isn't being ported to pc?????

1: Here is how my data folder for lego star wars 1 looks like

Tons and tons of goodies to unlock. Now let's look at the LSW2 folder.

They really know how to annoy a guy.  A .dat extracter would be vary appriciated.

2: I checked gamestop, I checked Wikipedia, I checked lucasarts, I checked Wookiepedia, and I always got the same answer... "There will be a port for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii, and DS" no mention of

any pc port. I mean, if they did have a pc port, more people will have access to multiplayer. They could even do away with subscribing to a network that you can't trust!
