how do you make decals

you can get dacal paper at various places but i know you can get plain sticker paper at wal mart. i have no idea where to get waterslide decal paper at but you can edit your decals on any art program you have installed in you computer. its easy if you start with microsoft paint.  do you need to know how to get them onto the art program?

you can buy a special type of decal paper at staples too. it is expensive though, $1 a sheet.

its probly cheaper to even buy the stuff on eBay.

Double stick tape works well,just cover the area you want to decal then  print cut and apply the decal and give it a good press all around it so itll stick good,its a good idea to use plain latex gloves when applying the tape so no fingerprints or oils from your fingers get on it,which can take away the stickyness.and use a hobby knife to trim it off.I havent used this technique yet cause i havent messed with doing decals yet but when i do this is the method i would use,and its prolly the cheapest as well.
