DECAL REQUEST: HOLLOW EARTH EXPEDITION CHARACTERS

I was hoping someone might have the time to create a decal for these two characters.

I'm a very new to the whole Lego thing, and I'm still quite overwhelmed at the amount of material that is out there. I'm also not sure what is easy to create and what is difficult. If these are too difficult, then I apologize in advance.
For the first one the gown should overlap, as to NOT show anything inappropriate. I've just learned there were dress style minifigs, and I thought this might be a fun character to try out.
The second one is pretty straight forward. Not much to change there.
These are character archetypes for the Hollow Earth RPG, and I'm going to try and put together all of the archetypes. I'm hoping to send a few to the creator of the game for the Holidays. The others I plan on using for miniatures during game play. You don't need to know that to create the decals, but I thought it might be nice to let the creator of the decals know what they are going to be used for.
For some reason the URL's don't seem to be automatically converting, and I'm getting a BLANK error message. However, a quick cut and paste should remedy the problem.
