Not bad at all. The hair could use a little straightening and the decal just needs some thicker black outlines and it'll be perfect.

Hey, looking good! I like the way you did the hair; I've always been quite sceptical about DBZ hair, but I like it so far.

The decal is also very good, a little thickening of the lines (like what Phar mentioned) and it'll be perfect.

Btw, don't forget the tail..
