Help please

Okay, for the runner up in the Movie Madness contest, it said 2nd place gets their custom also in the customs page, but I can't submit it myself, so does a mod have to?

When we submit customs for others, we can put in the name of the creator, so while it may say 'submitted by: Sithlordreturns' it was really just submitted by a staff member.
