Brick Beasts

Hi im new here and i was wondering what that Brick Beasts thing was under Template Central.Could someone tell me what it is?

Brick Beasts will be a database just like Minifig Customs and Minifig Accessories, only it will be for brick beasts like the LEGO Dragons, horses, dogs, parrots, and all that stuff. The database simply has not been finished, and that is why you cannot access it yet.
