CONCEPT ART REQUEST: Evil dark lord

I'm trying to think of a new design for a new figure but can't seem to put it all together.  So i'm creating this topic in hope that some one out there may be able to halp me.  I need someone (or many people) to help me by creating concept art off of an idea of mine.  A dark lord of the under world who is a twisted and wretched figure consumed in dark purple and black flames.  I'm thinking with yellow eyes or red eyes.  I want it to show the embodyment of true evil.  So please help because i'm in need of some.
