How do you make decals the size of minifigs

by SPARTAN-382 (WIP, Decal & Customizing Chat)
I need some help! How does the decals become the size of a minifig when I print it?

That would depend on how you made the decal. In the future, be more specific if you're going to ask a question.

If you're using a vector program, you can make the decal properly sized right from the start. If not, you use an image editing program to resize the designs. Simple.

You can also make your decal large, save it as a jpg, insert the jpg into a word document, and resize it there. It keeps the details nice and sharp.

Torsos are 1.5 cm wide.

Don't know if that helps.
