Need help with sig and avatar

Contact a moderator, that's how I got my avatar to change.

As for the sig, I can't quite tell. Try checking your link, and next time, click the image button and insert the URL there. (It's the little button with the mountains and sun.)

Your sig image is too large. Resize it so it fits within the image guidelines. (350x100 pixels)

The issue with your current sig is that you are attempting to use BB Code.  While this works in the forum posts it does not work in signatures.  Please use the "Insert / Edit Image" button as Amanda suggested.

And I can see why you would want to change it.  Have you tried the solution mentioned here or done searches for any of the other topics which deal with avatars?  Or, perhaps, read some of the FAQs?  I suggest you try that.
