A bit of trouble.

Hi, Im not sure if this is the right section for this question, if it isnt could a mod move it. Now to my trouble: Whenever I try to change my avatar, it will say "changes saved". But when I post a message, I still have the same old avvy. Could someone please help me with this? Thanks.

I had the same problem as well. What I did was rename the avatar and also make sure that the avatar is the right size or the system won't accept it. If you need anymore help just ask.

JS has the right of it. Firstly, change the file name of the avatar you want to use. The computer needs to be able to recognize it as new. Secondly, you need to make sure it's the right size. Too large, even by a tiny bit, and nothing will happen. It's easier than us Mods having to remove avatars all the time because people don't read the sizing rules.

Damien has it exactly right, but also, don't forget to give the system enough time to update. Sometimes it can take a few minutes to post the new Avatar.
