We enjoy hearing your feedback. Constructive feedback helps make this forum a better place for all of us. Here are some of the more recurrent questions and answers.

Q: How Do I Submit My Custom in the Minifig Database?

 

A: Only Moderators and Administrators can submit customs in to the database. Regular members can show off their finished figures in the Minifig MOC thread. Your custom may be added to the database voluntarily by a Mod or Admin if it meets certain aesthetic appeal.


 

Q: How Do I Post Pictures of My Work?

 

A: Utilizing the “insert/edit image” function in the comment box (the little mountain picture), you can paste a link to your work and it will show up in your post. The picture can not be uploaded directly from your computer, it must be linked from a website such Brickshelf or Maj for example. But make sure your image adheres to the Image Size guidelines in the MCN rules & regulations.

 

Q: How Do I Change My Avatar?

 

A: When logged in, click “My Account” at the left. Then click the edit button at the top and scroll down to the picture section. Add your Avatar from your machine. Your picture must meet system requirements and will not be immediately available for viewing. The system will need time to update the picture.

 

Q: Can I Change My Handle/ScreenName?

 

A: No. Attempting to do so will result in deletion of new screen name and possibly punitive action.

 

Q: How Do I Become a Moderator?

 

A: Generally, asking to become one will instantly disqualify you. We have an excellent staff here and if we need extra hands we will contact the appropriate parties.

 


Q: Why Do I Get “Access Denied?”

 

A: Standard members have access to most of the site; however, for administration purposes some segments are off limits. You can not access many pages with out being logged-in as well.

 

Q: Where is Redbean’s Store?

 

A: Redbean Studios is no longer up and running. All the items may now be purchased from Brickforge.com.

 

Q: How Do I Know if a Design or Decal I Want Has Already Been Created?

 

A: Please use the search function in the upper-right hand corner to search for a character or design before requesting it.

 

Q: Is There a Bookmark or Watch-This-Thread Function?

 

A: At this time no and not for the foreseeable future. We recommend using your browser’s bookmark function if you want to instantly access a thread.
