Wonderful! I actually saw him over at CC but forgot to post.

Like plenty of others have already said, I love the shading of the white decals, it just makes it look so real. I also like how you put your new horse tempate to work there. All of the details really come together on this one and it makes for a spectacular figure!

Lovely, just lovely! I love how the hairpiece and the face go along together!

Thanks for the comments! The barding template is actually older one that actually is meant to fit on the LEGO plastic barding.
The new template simply fits (via glue stick) direcly onto the horse itself.

Gorgeous, but I have one question:

How does that knight keep his hair so expertly cioffed after wearing that helmet  for any length of time?

Heh heh.  Seriously, the beautiful 3d shading gives it a fantastic "weathered" look, which I have not seen very often.

Did you give the helmet a "wash" in black to accentuate the detailing, or is that just a product of the photography?

That's totally wicked!  This has all the crusader age feel and I absolutely love his tunic and especially the shaded bardings.

Of course, good use of the wonderful new parts (great for advertising, I must say).

What can I say... fantastic....

Hey do you think you could do a full horse template?

Absolutely excellent work, Armothe.  I'll agree that the weathering really gives a strong unified look the figure.  Really gives it an edge.

Actually, there was a Judiac knight named "Otto" in a deleted scene in Monty Python's Life of Brian.  As John Cleese put it on the commentary, "No one really liked Otto."

Now this Otto I do like.

Amazing!! The whole of work is perfect.I especially like that the shade decals to show the cloth wrinkles and real metal feel.
And the fittings are matched very well.I even thought that head protect of horse is new custom accessories at first.
Great work!
Thank you for share the new template.
By the way,I am shy to ask what is "CC"? Thanks.

I love it!! 5 stars! But one thing: He's a little too "black knighty" rather than more of the traditional white and red templar knight, but even then it's still amazing.
