Cool picture MG. As for the name, why is it dumb? Bounty Hunter Fett's name is Boba... there's an actor named Fahey... So why can't there be a Mandalorian named Fahwn? I'd probably use the name as a last name though. Now you should try to put him to minifig.

That looks awesome, but as Peter_nix said, it sounds more like a last name, say...  Vilther Fahwn. Sounds pretty menacing to me. I can just hear the pathetic hunted souls gasping in horror: "Fahwn!"  Just like they naver say "Boba" or "Jango", they say "Fett !"
And whaddya mean friends? If they tease you like that... but now I'm getting philscophical.

Looks cool, you should figure out a color shceme and make a Lego of him!
Keep it comin'!

I asked some people about the name. One person didn't like like it, three others loved it, one didn't care. But I still don't see the oddnes of it, i think it sounds like something out of official EU sources. I made a quick decal in corel with the colours named. It looks real spiffy.  (the color shceme, that is, the decal doesn't even resemble Mandalorian armor- it was just to get the feel of things.)

I'm really looking forward to the colored drawing- and hopefully, the following minifig.

well the coloring is almost done i got caught up in school but i was planning on making a fig but i dont think i have the guts to 'mutilate' my only boba helmet... and i have tried (and failed horribly) to make a decal it's dang hard! if i had brasso and waterslides or clear sticker paper i might be able to do it with another decal rogram my current one is making things hard for me even with a template.(it wont let me paint inside the lines)

Hmmm. Ask Recluce- she seems to be the one in the know, as far as packless helms and helmless packs go... or was it Deathstickman? Or, you could splurge, and get a few more Fett Helm/packs from Bricklink.

And as for decalling, I'd suggest Corel Draw9- if you can find it. I say that because I don't know if it's the current one, so I don't know how cheap it would be. My copie was actually free- I knew someone with a copy. If anyone you know has a copy, see if you can borrow it. (once you install it, you won't need the disks again)

If you want, I can make a quality decal if you want, but still no helm.

An' jus' cuz' I feel like it: Hathgar Fahwn, Wraice Fahwn, Maghor Fahwn, Jithlik Fahwn,Daenome Fahwn...

Looks cool. I would've left the background white, so that you could differentiate between decal and background.

Actually, you used Jared's old version template.  Looks ok, but you should have cleaned up the template a bit first, you can see some distortion along the lines from changing graphical formats.

Sorry MG, when I meant the background, I meant what was behind the trapezoid of the character's torso,  since it seems like the jumpsuit'll be black placed against a black background (unless you're just cutting around the pieces of armor. For a visual about what I'm trying to say about the body look here. And if I'm misunderstanding what you're doing, then my apologies.)

ohhhhh well the template i used doesnt have the torso, leg, or arms like that it is just the armor not sectioned off.

I see, I was thinking that might have been one of the cases. Regardless, nice choices on the coloring, keeps in line with the Fetts. By the way, which program are you using? MS Paint or something else?

well i just got the template into adobe photoshop and used the magic wand and colored in the spots with that.

Adobe Photoshop? I use that as well (version 5). In fact I used that to create the template I showed above. My suggestion would be that layers work wonders and so far, to my knowledge, by placing the blank template on one layer and doing the coloring on another layer then flattening them you shouldn't have a problem with it needing to be cleaned up pixel-wise. I personally wouldn't have used the magic wand until neccesary (of course on that other level for the color you'd have to trace the armor's outline then use the bucket- actually now that I think about it you can also use the magic want on the armor layer, then switch over to the color layer which you painted yellow and hit delete to erase everything but the armor's shape (as opposed to the tracing and filling)). But that's just my suggestion for the future. Let me know if I could be of any help, I'm sure my explanation wasn't so great this time around.
