For posterity's sake, here's another shot of what the helmets look like. But these ones are resin casts of the helmet made by Recluce before Jeff was producing the helmet for sale. Therefore, they're a little rougher than the one Jeff is selling, but it gives you a good view of the style:

I have seen and purchased all of these new products.  The helms are perfect, easily customizable with paint, plumes, anything!  The guns are great with a lot of detail put into the design, although the bipod on the M-249 is kinda wobbly so be careful not to let it fall off and get lost.  I think my only gripe is the level of detail (and a small design error on the stock) of the M-249, but we've already had this discussion.  The detachable silencers are a nice touch.  The barrels of the guns are very thin, so also be careful with them.  Any adult collector should have no problem with these pieces, but a younger kid may bend or break them.

As for the bipod - I left it able to pivot on purpose, but if it's a problem...I'll get it tightened.

This is what I carried my entire army career:  http://www.army.mil/fact_files_site/m-249_saw/  I know there is a pin you can remove to put on different stocks, but I never liked them, they made the gun off balance.

As for the bipods.... they're wobbly on the real rifle, so it's actually very true to life!  Nah, but seriously, they're just fine for the adult, but seeing as they are a small piece it is easy for a kid to lose them.  I like that they fit on other weapons, too.

I made my order, now is the waiting game.  Does the set only come with the MAC-10 UZI silencer or does it come with others for the MP5 an M4?

   Right now, the set only comes with the 1 supressor. The other 2 will be offered at a later date.

woohoo, I just got me a new order, 10 whole great helms! I was gonna get the chrome set aswell just for the sake of it, but then I realised I don't like Star Wars :-)
