I don't, but that seems cool. I'd like to see how that turns out. I would like to make one as well. I have only sculpted a very poor Aayla Secura. It looks more like Boss Nass! I had no Idea what I was doing!!! I did learn to let it sit for a while before adding color. her headpiece is a tannish blue now. That's all I have for you. Sorry I'm not much help on sculpting.

I used a method different then Tothiro's. For my Kit I cut off the stud and sculpted over it so it would flow more "naturally" like the real one.

The head tails are also very delicate when made from sculpy, so you may want to add something to strengthen it like nail polish, or a coating of super glue.

Well, here was my go at it..

The way I had done this was to actually sculpt a whole head, rather than a piece of custom headware,

all I had done was took a ball of clay, stuck it on a minifig's neck, then, I took my handy-dandy toothpick and pushed the clay down against the shoulders, thus creating a neck,

next, I added the head tails, for this I just rolled out little lengths of the clay, stuck them in place, and then 'blended' the clay from the head tails with the clay from the head with my toothpick and fingers,

once thoses steps were done, I added the details (eyes, mouth, head tail lines..) with my toothpick and heated it with a blowdryer for several minutes, let it cool, and gently twisted it off the head.

Hope this info is of some use to you, and be sure to show us the finished project.

Thanks a lot for the tips guys. I'll probably cut off the stud like Deathstick said and then finishwith Lamanda's method.
