Some people make it with storm trooper helmets cause he doesnt have the visor.

I would probably take a storm trooper helmet and add the side things with clay or sculptey or something

Anywho I am currenly workign on a commander bacaras helmet anyway. I took a clone helmet. Sanded off the ridge on the top, then took two pieces of arcylic coated paper (like model acryliic (besides legos I build model planes)) and ued a dab of superglue on the end of a tookpick and glued the sides to the helmet. Thats as far as I have gotten in 2 weeks...
