Alternatives to Brasso

by Uh Hullo (Tips, Techniques & Questions)

Is there any other way to remove the original print without metal polish. I would use some but I'm not allowed to.

Thanks in advance.

Have a great day.

You could ask your parents to do it for you, I think the other ways are pretty barbaric?

In fact, I prefer silver polish, but since it is not completely safe (if swallowed), I'll recommend the 2 in 1 Colgate Toothpaste with those blue microgranules. It takes about 1-2 minutes to completely erase the design, but it is the alternative wich gets the job done and keeps your parents happy...

Good Luck!

I tryed nail polish remover and it is great! (if you want to take the shine off and almost take little bumps of a lego piece)

Thanks for all the help. I was lucky enough to already have that type of toothpaste.

Have a great day.
