Anyone make mafia or Yakuza figures

well depends on what you want...

For instance most guys in the mafia probably don't go around advertising that they are in the mafia, so you could have a bunch of guys in suits and leather jackets, wearing sunglasses.. etc. For the Yakuza, if you want to show their body tattoos, find some good flash online and develop some decals.

the decals I used on Gotrek Gurnisson are real tattoos, simply shrunk and combined to fit this fig.

as you can see, i forgot to clean off ALL of the under printing, but as it seems to work with the decal, i am pretty satisfied with it.

I'd love to see a full body decal designed that would do justice to the beauty of a full on Japanese body suit. - however I don't really have the time myself to do it. ....

Yakuza are Japanese gangsters, popularized in some of te past decade's action flicks.  I'd think some nice "suits" with japanese looking faces would work, unless you wanted to go for a street gang look, where I'd suggest a few decals with oriental tigers and letters to immitate maybe an embroidered jacket.
