and here we spell things correctley, which means no shorts!

Also is it possible to remove the run 'n' buff be fore it has been varnished?

Uh-huh.

The armor looks stunning!  That Rub & Buff technique looks like it could make great (slightly weathered looking) Star Wars protocol droids.

Thanks a lot for posting the pictures.

Is there any chance of getting them labeled as to which one is which color of rub'n'buff .

Alas, I have not the funds at this time to experiment with all the variations.

Rub 'n Buff comes in only a few colors and most are pretty easy to distinguish (the only exception being maybe the different types of gold).  I like using the blue for blued armor.  Looks very cool!

Okay. I know this sounds stupid, but how much varnish is needed, and is it better to spray it on or paint it on? I used brush on Citadel matt varnish on some custom painted armor and I kinda found out yesterday that the paint still comes off if you scratch it. Did I use too little varnish? I got a little on the brush and brushed it on until the armor was covered and the paint still came off a day later. I think I ought to have used more varnish, but I don't know for sure really.

though it may have been an old topic it was only a question not something that had to say about a post before his. better he reply a question here than post a whole new topic about the same thing
