Flesh Tone Remedy

by Shadowviking (Tips, Techniques & Questions)
ATTENTION! All you Anti Flesh tones, Gather round! Do you have a flesh tone head that you wish you had in good ol' yellow? Sic a  yellow sharpie on it! I will try to get pictures soon, but yellow sharpie on flesh tone stuff comes out looking like a normal head/hand/arm/etc. Just make sure the sharpie is clean, otherwise it will come out smudged. There is probably a sealant that should be used to keep it from gradually rubbing off, but i have not discovered it yet. Please post with sealants, or whatever.

This is an ANCIENT topic! It never got replyed to, so I made another one (my mistake) and that obviously got deleted, so I started ddropping "subtle" hints, and the aforementioned topic was created. Sooo, this outdates the linked to topic.

You can buy different colored sharpies in places such as Office Max. I've never thought of actually doing that kind of thing with minifigs though...

I color almost everything with sharpie. I ahve a fine tipped sharpie for detail. Its cheaper than good paint, generally.
