MCN began as a collaboration of two customizers - Kaminoan’s Fine Clonier and Red Bean Studio - who specialize in the respective fields of Starwars and fantasy customs.

Both felt that since so many of the techniques used in custom minifig design were interchangable, why not team together so that customizing fans of Starwars and fantasy could learn from each other.
Thus began the first version of MCN as a forum shared by Kaminoan and Red Bean (hosted at redbeanstuio.net), where people enjoyed, marveled and learned from the works of these two customizers.

Today, MCN has grown from a simple forum that employs the term "Network" in name only, to a true "Network" that features lots of truly amazing customizers.
Our mission is simple: To bring together fans of construction bricks customization worldwide, to showcase our creations, share our skills as well as to further promote our hobby.

Our "Community Forums" is a crutial, active part of MCN. Here customizers, and construction brick fans of all sorts gather to share their experiance resulting in a wealth of knowlage ripe for the pickin.

In the "Services & Store" portion of MCN customizers can find and purchase the unique accessories, decals necessary to add that extra flare to their figures. In addition to outright purchasing, MCN also offers services to print your own custom decals. Submit your artwork, and for a small fee you can recieve high quality water slide decals ready to apply to your custom fig.
	The largest and greatest feature of MCN is the "Customs Gallery". Here every member can contribute their custom fig to the gallery. From there members and visitors alike can then browse the neatly organized gallery.
Periodically MCN will post "Customizer Profiles". These profiles will allow members of the community to better get to know who is who in the minifig customization world.
